No Return Policy
All products sold on EZSAFAR are covered under a No Return Policy. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned for exchange, replacement, or refund.
We request customers to carefully review product details, specifications, and images before placing an order.
No Refund Policy
EZSAFAR follows a Strict No Refund Policy. Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Personal preferences
- Delay caused by courier or unforeseen circumstances
Damaged or Wrong Product
In case you receive:
- A damaged product, or
- A wrong item different from your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the product and packaging
Our support team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution if the claim is found valid.
We will inspect and approve the replacement within 1 day and the replacement product will be delivered within 3-4 business days.
Order Cancellation
- Orders once placed may not be cancelled after they are processed or shipped.
- EZSAFAR reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
